Happy New Xmas Harry ... and a Merry New Year ... not a GOOD Year for you Artists ... but it could have been worse given the new Tory agenda on the Arts.
Your Xmas card of Merry Chrisms- Ness does rather capture the DEEP AND STILL AND Evenness of the Season at its Best but, As you KNOW, this isn't my favorite time of year ...Snow on F###King Snow !!
Vile STUFF !!!
A really Good painting though .. i like the chimney pots ... very Dick von Dike .....ish " its an ' 'appy 'olliday with Mary of the ? Of the Ghastly seasonal film of that ilk " Mary Poppins".
Over Here it is Cold and Miserable, but eased by by he seasonal happiness of Others.
Welcome to my blog. I'm a professional artist working in oil, acrylic and drawing. I'm still very much a figurative painter aiming at some kind of modern representation. I believe in the continuing value of painting and follow in its long and honourable tradition.
